FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED to "Secure" date and time of ceremony.  To "Reserve" a date and time, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required.  Deposits sent by US mail are due within 10 days of the date the booking was made, or the date and time will be released.

The balance for a reserved date and time will be due 40 days before the wedding date or the reserved date and time will be released.  Upon receipt of the balance, the date and time are secured.

There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks.  There is a $25.00 service charge for all changes made after original order or reservation is placed.

Flower needs must be finalized with us at least 10 days before your wedding date.  Any changes or additional orders placed after 10 days may result in substitution or an arrangement from stock on hand.  Changes within the final 10 day period could result in an additional cost to you.

The time booked for your wedding is secured for you (subject to circumstances beyond our control or human fallibility).  We schedule your wedding in good faith and ask that all participants and guests arrive on time.  If you are not ready to be married at the time reserved for you, your wedding may be rescheduled.  Special requests are NOT guaranteed!

There will be a Service Charge at some chapels when you bring your own video or camera equipment.  Credit Card Payment is accepted only on the condition that the purchaser agrees to pay the charged amount.  Most Chapels will not allow cameras or recording devices inside the Chapel or on the grounds.

If a wedding must be postponed, we must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the original wedding date or none of the Payment received, including the deposit is refundable.  In the event the amount is "Paid in Full" the entire amount including the nonrefundable deposit, will be applied to the new date.  The new date must be scheduled within 90 days from notification and the new wedding date must take place with in one (1) year from the date we received notification in order for funds received to be applied.  $25.00 Payment Required.

Full payment or nonrefundable deposit is transferable and may be applied to a Ceremony at a later date provided appropriate notice of cancellation is received at least seventy two hours prior to original wedding date and ceremony is rescheduled within thirty days of notification.  Subsequent wedding date must be scheduled for and performed within one year of original wedding date in order to apply full payment and / or nonrefundable deposit.  $25.00 rescheduling fee will be applied.

If a Wedding must be cancelled, regardless of the reason, it must be done 72 Hours or more before the scheduled wedding date & time or none of the Payment received, including the deposit is refundable.  Chapels 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 require a minimum of seven days advance notice for cancellation or postponement.

If the wedding is canceled 72 hours (or more) before the wedding date & time, the amount "Paid in Full" less the "Non-Refundable Deposit" will be refunded.  If a wedding must be completely canceled and was "reserved" with a Non-Refundable Deposit no refund is due.

If Ala Carte wedding is canceled 72 hours (or more) prior to the wedding date & time no refund will be issued unless the total cost is over $350.00.  In the case an Ala Cart Wedding totals $350.00 or more a refund of 30% will be applied, the difference will not be refunded.  No refund of any kind will be furnished if wedding is canceled less than 72 hours before wedding date.  All refunds are processed 30 days after cancellation.

Non-Refundable Deposit varies with the wedding and is listed below each Individual wedding on the website product page.

There is a Non-Refundable Deposit that is part of each wedding. The amount of the Non-Refundable Deposit varies with each wedding and is indicated below each wedding on the website product page.  Whether your wedding is reserved with a nonrefundable deposit or paid in full upon booking, if your wedding must be cancelled, the amount of the Non-Refundable Deposit remains Non-Refundable.

Suite Packages & Honeymoon Room Packages require a non-refundable deposit of one-half the package amount.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER:, in making arrangements for the transportation, chapel, and other services referred to herein, and other services as may be needed to meet the clients' request, arranges for such services through independent contractors.

As such, the clients must understand that cannot assume or be responsible for any of the actions of these independent contractors, their agents or employees in the performance of services contracted for in the conduct of the wedding.  We CANNOT be responsible for any cancellation by the chapel.

We believe that those with whom we contract will be responsible and provide high quality service in connection with this event, but can assume no legal responsibility for their actions by virtue of the nature of the relationship of independent contractor & contractor.

Moreover, said independent contractors normally require payment in advance for their services, and can make no refund to the clients for any arrangements made between it and these independent contractors.

All other service providers work at other locations.  You have been furnished with all phone numbers necessary to contact the service providers upon arrival.
